Access to both the Main Hall and Small Hall offers two fabulous spaces to enjoy your event, whilst the kitchen provides a facility to prepare any food or drink you wish to serve!
The two spaces are separated by two concertina doors which can be opened or closed depending on your needs.
Fitted with a laminate floor.
There is a hatch from the kitchen into the Main Hall.
The kitchen can be used for both food prep and/or cooking, and this is included in the hourly rate.
The kitchen is available for hire on its own - please enquire if this is of interest.
Charity and regular booker discounts are available on request.

- Main Hall: 9.5m, 16m, 3.2m
- Small Hall: 8.8m, 6.3m, 2.5m
Things to bear in mind:
- Strict rules for parties - maximum capacity (80 people) and booking length (5 hours, including set-up and tidy up)
- HVCC charge an additional cleaning fee of £90 for events/parties starting or ongoing after 6pm, or with 50 or more guests.
- For all other parties/events, cleaning can be arranged at a cost of £90.
- Filming is more expensive. Please get in touch if you wish to film in this space.
- If you are organising an event (not a party) which requires longer than 5 hours, please get in touch

Very disappointed, we arrived at 1pm for my Grandsons 3rd birthday party, no one was there to let us in, we found a way through the community centre and opened the door ourselves. The kitchen was locked and we couldn't contact anyone, so we were unable to cook any party food!!! You can imagine how disappointed and upset we were! I appreciate the key holder situation is voluntary, however if you are hiring out the premises it should be treated like a business! I am assured I will be reimbursed for one hour of the hire, however it wasn’t the best day

Cancellations
This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
