The main hall is a great space for parties or any large function (when permitted). It can also be used for some low impact exercise groups (though no balls are allowed).
Laminate floor. Can be used alongside the Small Hall or booked as part of the Party Package, for additional capacity.
The kitchen is available for hire as part of the Party Package.
Charity and regular booker discounts are available on request.
Things to bear in mind:
- HVCC charge an additional cleaning fee of £90 for events/parties starting or ongoing after 6pm, or with 50 or more guests.
- For all other parties/events, cleaning can be arranged at a cost of £90.
- Filming is more expensive. Please get in touch if you wish to film in this space.
- We have a maximum party length of 5 hours, maximum number of guests 80, and a finishing time of 8pm.

Really happy with this place everything went so well and great size hall ... I have to say I looked around for spaces and this was a great price too compared to most around..and lady on the day that open and close for us was so lovely !!!

This was a great space for a one-person rehearsal with director! Emma at reception was welcoming and the booking side of things was easy.
It'd be worth checking on who is in the partitioned room next to the space, though, if you need complete quiet for your work. When we were there it was an art class with some music being played, but anything louder would have made it difficult for us to work.

- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
