Hocking Hall is the largest of the rooms available. It is best suited to large gatherings, children's parties or sports/exercise classes. The room is located on the ground floor and accessible for all.
- Capacity: 120 people (depending on activity)
- The room has a kitchen space with oven-hob, microwave, kettle, sink, fridge, toaster and access to table and chairs if required.
- Premium rates may apply for corporate bookings
- Please note that the minimum booking time is 1 hour and for children's parties up to age 11 a minimum of 3 hours.
Please note, there are community/class rates available for recurring bookings.

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
