The building will be opened for you unless you have collected a key beforehand (most hirers do not need a key).
There won't be a member of staff, contact details are on both external doors.
Allow sufficient time for setting up chairs, tables, and any equipment necessary for the event. The hirer is responsible for arranging the space and ensuring everything is in place
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
