Fitzrovia’s hidden gem offers private, green space, abundant with vibrant colour from original artwork by Swedish mural artist, Amara Por Dios, seasonal flowers and a mixture of tropical and native plants and trees. Shaded throughout the day, it is popular with families as there is no exit onto the street. The central gazebo serves as the perfect bandstand for acoustic music performances and is a unique venue for the classical music concerts of Fitzrovia Arts Festival (FitzFest).
Please note, The Secret Garden can't be booked on its own and can only be booked alongside the Owen Room. The two spaces together make the perfect venue for parties. You can add the Secret Garden before checkout when booking the Owen Room.

The Equiano room was a lovely space. And as we had a buffet its location next to the kitchen was great. The Fitzroy has very good accessibility built into the centre.
The staff were very helpful during the booking process and during the event.
We couldn’t have been happier. Strongly recommend.

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
