The East Room is a 45 sq metre space with a solid oak floor. It is a quiet space which makes for a wonderful environment for a range of groups and purposes. The East Room has a maximum occupancy of 40 people. There is access to a small kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.

A steward will be provided for all events and is included in the price.

Things to know

House rules

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time

For one-off bookings, your steward will be on site to enable access to your hired space

A member of staff will remain on site during the booking for health & safety and fire warden duties, they will also familiarise you with the amenities available in your hired space

No smoking (Including the Terrace)

Bring your own rubbish bags and dispose of offsite

If your booking is until 11pm, music needs to be off by 10:30pm and prompt departure at 11pm. Leave the space as you found it

Leave promptly after your event

It was not too bad; only that at the end of it all, I was asked to take the trash away as there was no skip. This was a massive surprise & costed me extra for it to be taken away. It will help if this is clearly communicated as part of the hire to avoid unpleasant surprises.

We held a fantastic birthday party here - the staff are v friendly and helpful, made sure we had enough plates and cutlery, and the space is brilliant. Loved the terrace! Highly recommend.

Cancellations

This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.

Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
