Insurance is the responsibility of the party making the booking, such cover to include third person liability, any other liabilities appropriate to your event or claims likely to be made against you
St John's cancellation policy is different to standard Sharesy venues - please see below:
- Cancellations for up to two weeks before the booking will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations under two weeks won't receive a refund

We were not told we have to pay another fee for cleaning and staffing. We had to £110 extra for a hall we left spotlessly clean since we were only there for a short service and meeting.
Because it's too late to book another hall we had no choice but to pay extra.

Cancellations
This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
