This is a large hall with a stage, plus toilets and kitchen. When hiring the stage, if the backstage area is needed (Wells Room) then this must be made by enquiry.

Children’s Party costs are £90 for 3 hours (2 hour party, 30 min set up and clear up) - if a longer time is required, then the extra is charged at the normal hourly rate, pro rata accordingly.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time.
The building will be opened for you unless you have collected a key beforehand (most hirers do not need a key).
There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided. There are contact details on the noticeboard in the hall
If you want alcohol at your event then a Temporary Event Notice is required. This can be obtained from the Bristol City Council for a small fee. Please note that Alcohol CANNOT be provided on a donation basis. Nor can it be included in the price of tickets, nor with the sale of a raffle ticket (they all count as selling alcohol)

No Smoke Machines allowed, this is because they set off the fire alarm.
Any decorations put up must be removed at the end of the party.

- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
