Our venue manager will be onsite to let you in, and throughout the venue hire
They will assist with any issues you have, ensure that you have left the venue in an acceptable state and lock up at the end of the hire period
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

Alcohol must be approved by venue
Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
Leave promptly after your event
Leave the space as you found it
All decorations must be taken and the chairs and tables must be put back in the traditional dining format unless otherwise agreed

My wife and I had a joint 50th birthday party at Refettorio Felix with around 80 guests total - 60 adults and 20 children. The guests loved the venue, it's spacious, airy and light. The event management at RF was great - Grace helped us plan the details of the party, and Brady was at the venue on the day - he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend Refettorio Felix for your event!

  • Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
