You can hire our studio with cutting-edge audio and video equipment to host up to 6 people, an environment fostering creativity, and a prime location that sets us apart. Whether you're launching your first episode or an experienced podcaster, trust us for a professional setting to host your guests!

There are no parking spaces on site
There is a few paid car parking lots within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the venue
There is no designated loading bays, although Plough Yard is a quiet road with little through traffic - it has double yellow lines, but a good drop off point

House rules
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
Ring the main doorbell
House of Creative has three entrances on Shoreditch High Street, and ours is the one closest to Plough Yard, nearest to the Goose Island pub
Please only arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking
For access 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, please buzz through into the main reception and a staff member will notify us of your arrival
When the studio is cleared, a member of the team will come down and escort you to the studio
For access outside of these hours, please WhatsApp +447583 314872 and notify us of your arrival
The studio is completely step free via lift to the 4th floor
If you do have any special access requirements, please do inform us ahead of arrival
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

Leave the space as you found it
You must be packed up and have left the space by the end of your booked time, and any file sharing, clearing of rubbish and props must be completed within your studio time, and not after

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
