The venue was just as it was on the website, the staff (Chris, Jen & Don) where absolutely exceptional to work with, and facilitated my experience in the most professional and understanding manner. No complaints whatsoever, and would highly recommend them.

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
