Our brand new central London space is available 7 days a week.
Standing midway between Shoreditch and Hoxton and just a few minutes walk from both Old Street and Farringdon Underground Stations, our New York Penthouse style space is split across 2 floors with swathes of daylight; perfect for meeting and events.
Our space can be booked out entirely or can be divided up to accommodate smaller events to suit any budget and can be made available for multiple bookings in one day. Access to all floors, plus our back yard can be gained through our lift.
We can offer add ons to your booking such as catering, drinks, wine tasting, microphones etc. Please enquire direct with the venue host after booking

Cancellations
This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
