A beautiful 10-person meeting room is available for hire including a grand boardroom table and 10 white executive chairs included with your booking. Included in your booking is our brand new 65inch Ultra 4K HD LED TV with Alexa & Google Assistant built-in! We provide you with HDMI cable if you wish to connect your device. Host your private meeting, conduct interviews, handle staffing matters, host a focus group or film a scene for a movie. You can also film in this room. Free filtered waters, teas and coffees are included in your booking. Additional charges, please request at checkout: You can have up to 16 guests in your booking, we can provide extra seating for £5 per extra chair. Whiteboard/Flip chart available for extra £12 Green Screen is available for extra £90 If you want to bring your own food and drink into our futuristic meeting room the fee is an extra £40 and you must bring your own table covers.

Amazing place, amazing people had the podcast room booked for 2 hours and it went amazing I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to share some ideas or starts a podcast session. They’re hospitality is thru the roof they even offer free snacks

Cancellations

This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.

Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
All other cancellations will receive no refund

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
