Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
Any bookers who need to park in the car park should use the car park intercom to speak to a member of staff to be let in
Off road parking will need to come to reception and press the intercom and wait to be allowed in
Bookers with key holders agreement will have access to site
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
