House rules
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
Ring the main doorbell
Bookers can ring the main doorbell if the event is happening during the week, if the event is happening during the weekend, keys can be left outside in a safebox. Weekend bookers will need to set off the alarm when arriving and setting it on when leaving. Door code will be provided depending on the Hall/Room they hire.
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
