Price includes hall cleaning charge fee of £30 (weekdays) and £35 (weekends)
The Kitchen can be added for an additional cost per booking (including kitchen cleaning fees):
Limited parking spaces - 20 parking spaces available-subject to bookings (forms must be completed 24 hours in advance)
There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
There is a designated space for unloading on site outside the building near the Kitchen Fire Exit

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
Ring the main doorbell
The time needed for set up and clear down must be included in your booking time
Please note that you can only access the room 15mins before your booked time
Your event must be strictly restricted to the room hired (excluding the social areas)
Alcohol consumption must be pre-approved by the venue - no spirits allowed, only beers and wine are permitted
Keep noise levels down during the outside the building Music must be switched off one hour before your event finishes, and music must be turned completely off at 10pm sharp
The hirer is expected to set up your event as you wish and to tidy up by removing rubbish or other unwanted items and place in the bin
We kindly ask to put the room or kitchen back as you found it
Remember that NO STAPLES, PINS OR NAILS are permitted - please ONLY USE BLUE TAC AND STICKY TAPE when decorating
Tables and chairs are free of charge
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

Leave promptly after your event
Leave the space as you found it - put back all tables and chairs in the storage as per pictures and wipe counters and tables Cups, plates and tea/coffee are available at an additional charge per person - please request at checkout, including quantity you require. Cancellation policy: Hirers must advise the Hub Management staff in writing no less than 1 month prior to any cancellations to their bookings. Less than 1 months’ notice will result in full or partial loss of the total booking fee. This will be calculated by the length of time between the event date and the cancellation notification, as follows: A. If less than one month (30 days), 10% of the total cost of the function B. If less than two weeks (14 days), 50% of the total cost of the function C. If less than one week (7 days), 100% of the total cost of the function

Great community facility with a range of facilities which include waiting area, cafe, meeting rooms, toilets and a large space which can host functions and classes. The main room has state of the art air conditioning, lighting and audio visual equipment. The staff are polite, welcoming and professional. A great venue for celebrations, classes and meetings. Highly recommended.
