Upstairs at EartH sits a 680-capacity tiered seated venue with jaw-dropping original Art Deco features, state of the art L-ISA sound system, unreserved seating and two smaller bars for gig guests.

A buried treasure they'vespent two years restoring to a usable space, EartH Theatre has already played host to performances by Jarvis Cocker, Lianne La Havas, Vampire Weekend, Kate Tempest, Johnny Marr, The Beastie Boys, Ruby Wax, Mulatu Astatke and Simon Amstell.

EartH's Theatre can be hired individually or the venue can be hired as a whole for a complete takeover.

They hire the space out in 10 hour periods. Please enquire for a quote.

House rules

Arrival time: at the start of your booking

A member of staff will always be on site during an event

Please leave the place as you found it. For larger events you can factor in additional cleaning costs and waste disposal

There are bins provided on site, but if your rubbish exceeds these bins you can either take it away with you, or you’ll be charged for additional waste disposal

Catering, AV equipment & furniture hire will come from EartH's approved suppliers Drinks will be purchased directly from the venue

If you want to bring your own catering / drinks etc, you will have to pay a catering buy-out fee (typically £1500+VAT), or a corkage fee for drinks (which I'll work out based on the length of the event / number of guests etc)

Important terms

Cancellations

This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.

Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
