This flexible room can be used for meetings and presentations for approximately 35 people. With access to the kitchen which has a serving hatch direct into the main hall, it is also perfect as a buffet area for larger functions that take the entire hall. It can also serve as a Bar. The Meeting Room measures 7.5m x 4.5m
With our new AV systems with Screen and Whiteboard capability it makes an ideal space for a business meeting or presentation.
There is a car park available, which we charge £10 per hour for smaller events and is available free of charge for large events/bookings.

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
