Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time
Wait in reception for a member of staff
If the small hall is the one rented then bookers must use the small white door in front of the property but if the main hall is hired, then the big glass door on the side of the property can be used
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
Nothing is to be fixed to the walls by any method unless otherwise agreed
No smoking
No vaping
Alcohol must be approved by venue
Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
Leave promptly after your event
Leave the space as you found it
Booker will be charged extra if they overstay their booking time
At the end of the hire period a representative from the bookings team will attend to lock up
Under no circumstances must the hirer leave the hall unattended and unlocked

- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
