House rules

Please arrive at the start time of your booking - time to set up and shut down must be included in your booking

Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff

A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

Do not use any of the schools equipment without prior agreement or cost

The kitchens must not be used other than to obtain water from the sink

No access to other rooms or areas of the school if not agreed and paid for

If hiring the Studio, you must not touch or use any of the equipment left out as this is our Breakfast/After school club resources area

No smoking

No vaping

Alcohol must be approved by venue

Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you

Leave promptly after your event

Leave the space as you found it

All bookers will be required to sign the school's logbook, which will be our confirmation of time of departure (If beyond the hours booked you will be charged a minimum of 1 hour)

The space is great for a children's party with plenty of tables and chairs. The office staff were accommodating in setting up a viewing of the hall at a time to suit us. The site manager was helpful and friendly on the day of the party. We, and our guests, were able to park on the school playground. I'd definitely recommend this venue.

Cancellations

This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.

Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
All other cancellations will receive no refund

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
