Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time
Pick up the key from the master lock, next to the mailbox on the wall outside the building (there is a code for it which will be provided)
There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking
When leaving you need to place the key back in the Master lock key box, re-scrambling the lock after you have placed the key back
No affixing any items to walls, ceiling, the exterior of the building
Large powered equipment (eg bouncy castles) are not allowed
No extensive sounds systems eg PAs or larger instrument amplifiers as well as loud music
Wipe clean and place back tables and chairs after the event
If using the kitchen, all used items must be cleaned and left either on the supplied drainage board
All in the fridge should be taken away with the hirers
No open flames, no vaping or smoking inside or outside the centre or the church, you need to step out the gate for smoking
We do not have a hob or microwave, so cooking inside the hall is not allowed.
The main kitchen is used as a 13th Floor Cafe, and guests are not permitted to enter it.
Guests are also not allowed to use the cafe belongings that are in the corridor.
Please use the General waste bin for black rubbish bags and Recycle bins for recycling waste
All bags and cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink
If the waste bins were full, please find extra rubbish bins behind the church or take them away with you
Do not leave the waste outside the bin
Leave the space as you found it
If the guests fail to lock or return the key securely, a £100 fine will apply.
Please remember to disable and enable the security alarm when entering and leaving the building. A code for this will be provided to you.
Upon leaving if the cafe is closed, please lock the main entrance, making sure all windows, specially the back door is closed and locked.
You can utilise the glasses and metal part of the windows if you need to add light decorations for events or birthday parties (balloons, garlands, etc.)
Mops and hoovers are available, the code to access them will be made available after the booking is confirmed.

If we find any tape or damage to the walls, we may have to charge you. You can use free-standing decorations or the glass on the windows for any light decorations.
Please make sure you remove them afterwards.
