Ring the main doorbell when you arrive
At the start of the event/group the outer door must be closed - there is an intercom for latecomers and a member of CAS staff will be available to assist
There will be someone at the halls to let in bookers and their guests
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
No smoking
No vaping
Alcohol must be approved by venue
The lift must be operated only by adults
Any music should be kept to a reasonable level and cease by 11pm
Please remove all rubbish from the Hall and place any recycling or rubbish in the bags provided
Rubbish should then be placed in the Church bins across the road outside St Dionis Church
Only white-tak may be affixed to the pillars in the top hall
Ordinary balloons may be tied to the wooden balustrades/outside the hall - please remove them when you leave
No bolts, nails, tacks, screws, bits, pins or other like objects are to be driven into any part of the Hall
No tape or any other adhesive substance is to be used on the flooring in any part of the building
Leave promptly after your event
Leave the space as you found it
No helium balloons of any type in the Upper Hall
It is important to note that in the case of a fire, the only exit from the Upper Hall is via the stairs

I booked the ground floor hall for a lunch of 35 people and it was ideal. It's beautifully kitted out, the decor is modern and clean. Would book with them again!
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.

Our insurance covers private individuals only and each individual is covered for 3 events a year
