Our music room is a special place, perfect for all your musical needs. We host music lessons of any type as well as one off classes, rehearsals or just somewhere quiet for you to practice.
We have a range of instruments and equipment for you to hire.

Brookland was amazing. The space is wonderful and can be used in multiple ways. James, the caretaker, was there with a friendly greeting to welcome us in. I would highly recommend this venue.

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
