We are a small, intimate venue in South London with a unique atmosphere, ideal for intimate gatherings for birthdays, DJ collectives and more. The maximum capacity is 50, including DJs and guestlist.
Our space comes fully equipped with a bar and DJ equipment. We can record and livestream your event, with the video provided within 2 weeks post-event. The venue is not responsible for technical issues affecting streaming or recording. External photographers or videographers are welcome.
Provided equipment includes: a full Pioneer DJ setup (DJM-900NXS2 mixer, 2x CDJ 2000NXS2, and 2x turntables), 2 x Shure SM58 Microphones (optional), and a PA system.
Outdoor space can be used until 10 PM. Doors may need to be closed to minimize noise. After 10 PM, only 5 people are allowed outside for smoking. No smoking, drugs, or external alcohol are permitted on the premises.
Our standard event hours are from 8 PM to 2 AM, with a hire fee of £450. However, we also offer flexibility so if you wish to book before 8pm or after 2am then please do get in touch. Additional hours outside of our standard booking time is priced at £100 per hour.

Knock at the studio and a member of staff will greet you. A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
