It is also very easy access. Trams and buses (such as the 74) corner the office. Office can be used for small events and parties. It is open from 10am to 10pm depending on the occasion.

- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
