The space had a lot of potential but the attention to detail let it down. Upon arrival there was a smoke alarm beeping loudly and the studio was cold. We could not get the heaters working. My photographer had hired some lights that weren't set up or provided correctly which delayed our start time. The support available on site was minimal and the person didn't seem to know anything. Had high expectations but would not hire this space again.

- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
