Cancellation terms
A small number of venues have custom cancellation terms - this will be highlighted on the listing pages and at checkout for these venues.
The default Sharesy cancellation policy applies for bookings at all other venues:
- Cancellations made over two weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund.
- Bookings made within two weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund.
- All other cancellations will receive no refund.
Reschedule terms
It is free to reschedule to a different date or time up to two working days before your event. If there is a price difference you will be refunded or charged as appropriate. If you reschedule to a lower price the venue has the right to reject the request if you reschedule after the date from the cancellation policy.
