Cancellation terms
A small number of venues have custom cancellation terms - this will be highlighted on the listing pages and at checkout for these venues.
The default Sharesy cancellation policy applies for bookings at all other venues:
- Cancellations made over two weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund.
- Bookings made within two weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund.
- All other cancellations will receive no refund.
Reschedule terms
It is free to reschedule to a different date or time at the same venue up to two weeks before the hire date or, if your booking is within two weeks of the hire date, up to 48 hours from the time of booking.
If there is a price difference you will be refunded or charged as appropriate. If you reschedule to a lower price the venue has the right to reject the request if you reschedule after the latest cancellation date.
